In addition to our continuous efforts on the reduction of environmental loads in our business activities, we are also working actively on the management of chemicals contained in our products based on JIS Z 7201 while promoting our environment-related business (reused and recycled parts, etc.) and new energy conservation-related business (environmental energy harvesting and micro power).

Aiming to further improve customer satisfaction, the sales department surveys customer satisfaction, and the manufacturing department uses QCD items such as improving productivity as KPI indicators, and sets numerical targets to promote continuous improvement activities.
The Details of IMS (quality) Activities
We have an IMS promotion committee and conduct promotion committee activities at the beginning of every month based on our annual plan. We set department goals based on the annual management plan at the beginning of every term as policy management and verify the implementation status of PDCA cycle, including improvement activities and their progress, through the IMS promotion committee. In addition, we report the details and results of the activities during the year to the management through management review, and we receive instructions from the management to introduce into our new activities.

Environmental Policy
- We reduce hazardous substances and environmental loads generated as a result of business activities and work for pollution prevention and environmental protection.
- We adhere to environmental laws and regulations as well as other requirements and establish and manage voluntary standards.
- With the common understanding with our stakeholders, we establish environmental goals and implement PDCA cycle to try to improve our environmental management system continuously.
Environmental Goal
We are promoting our environmental activities using the reduction in the amount of electricity used and the amount of CO2, waste, used chemicals discharged, the improvement of recycle, and the reduction in the amount of water used as KPI indexes in order not only to adhere to laws and regulations but also to promote environmental protection using pollution prevention. In addition, we continue our environmental activities through 5S activities inside and outside the company.
The Details of IMS (Environmental) Activities
In promoting environmental activities, we set environmental targets for each site, check the achievement status every month, and verify the implementation of the PDCA cycle. Also, in conjunction with the patrols and employee education activities of the Safety and Health and Fire Prevention Committee, we are continuously improving the safe and hygienic work environment.
