Our EH generator generates an output through the movement of a single magnet.
A combination of our EH generator and magnets enables a wide range of applications.
How to Use
Detection of Linear Motion
It can be used for proximity sensors, opening/closing sensors, and security equipment.
Detection of Reciprocal Motion
It can be used for a wide variety of industrial equipment, as well as malfunction prevention equipment.
Detection of Rotary Motion
It can be used for the prevention of malfunction of industrial motors, flow meters, speed meters, and rotating bodies, as well as rotation sensors for taking measures against chattering.
Operating Principle
In this structure, a detection coil is placed around a composite magnetic wire. The inner magnetic property distribution of the wire has double structures, which are the soft magnetic layer on the outer side and the hard magnetic layer on the inner side.
The rotator rotates and the inverted external magnetic field becomes stronger.
Large Barkhausen jump
If an inverted external magnetic field exceeds a certain value, the large Barkhausen jump in which the magnetization direction outside the magnetic wire inverts at once occurs. The change in the magnetic field at this time is detected as a pulse voltage using a coil. Regardless of the change rate of the external magnetic field, constant pulse voltage is generated at all times. Even in the case of slow magnetic field change such as once a day, no chattering occurs.
